Fountain Hills man arrested in marijuana raid

Several law enforcement agencies under the command of Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office executed warrants Tuesday, April 19, involving as many as 25 individuals believed to be involved in an illegal enterprise masked as a medical marijuana growing factory near E. Washington and 40th Streets in Phoenix.

Fountain Hills resident James Allen Donaldson, 62, of N. Broken Bow was among those arrested. Charges range from fraudulent schemes, producing narcotic drugs for sale and cultivating marijuana for sale.
