Azure Skies Home Watch & Concierge Service in Fountain Hills has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for its Home Watch services for the second year.

Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at vacation or primary homes while homeowners are not in residence.

Azure Skies Home Watch & Concierge Service serves Fountain Hills, Rio Verde and the Scottsdale areas of North Scottsdale, Central Scottsdale and Old Town.

Owner and operator Ross Huebner brings a wealth of experience as a licensed Certified Public Accountant and former corporate controller, complemented by 25 years of expertise as a tax preparer, according to a press release.

His professional journey spans hospitality and property management, where he has delivered guidance on property maintenance for both commercial and residential properties through his work with several condominium boards.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and became involved in the Home Watch industry to provide clients with peace of mind and a comfort level while living elsewhere.

A graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp, Huebner has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), the release continued.
