Fountain Hills holiday gift program brightens season for 100 seniors

Home Instead hosts ‘Be a Santa to a Senior’

The local in-home senior care facility Home Instead has hosted its 2025 “Be a Santa to a Senior” program, collecting gifts for 100 local seniors who are alone, without nearby family or unable to purchase items for themselves.

Each year, the program brings the community together to support older adults who may otherwise feel overlooked during the holiday season.

In previous years, the group has supported more than 200 seniors, says Amanda Adams, sales director for Home Instead in Fountain Hills and facilitator for the local Alzheimer’s support group at the Community Center.
