The next Fountain Hills Health Walk is planned for Saturday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the Avenue of the Fountains.
The event offers participants a Health Walk Passport that guides them through various health service stations with information and opportunities to win prizes.
The Health Walk also provides a platform for local businesses to showcase their services and for residents to discover new businesses, according to a press release.
The event is sponsored by the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce and its Fountain Hills Health Services Industry Stakeholders group.
The Health Walk brings together residents, local health professionals and businesses in a shared commitment to healthier living, a press release said.
The Health Services Industry Stakeholders group meets the first Monday of every month at 8 a.m. at the Chamber of Commerce, 16837 E. Palisades Blvd. All health service organizations are welcome to attend.
