The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce unveiled its Golden Turkey Award winners from “The West Kept Secret” Thanksgiving Day Parade.

The excitement and holiday cheer reached new heights at the 39th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade in Fountain Hills, and the winners of the coveted Golden Turkey Awards are revealed.

The Fountain Hills Chamber recognizes the outstanding contributions of participants who brought creativity, community spirit and “The West Kept Secret” theme to the streets of Fountain Hills.

The 2023 Golden Turkey Award winners are as follows along with commentary from the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce:

Best in Show

“KDA Dance Company emerged as the shining star of the parade, embodying the theme ‘The West Kept Secret’ with an enchanting display of choreography, costumes, and infectious energy.”

Best Business/Civic Entry

“Fountain Hills Elks Lodge showcased a remarkable entry that reflected the essence of community pride along with the ‘Lost Dutchman’ tale.”

Best Animal Entry

“Tender Little Hearts stole the show with their heartwarming mini companions.”

Best Church/Children Entry

“Zero Reasons Band brought a harmonious blend of musical talent and community spirit to the parade.”

Best Motorized Entry

“Coldwell Banker’s Brittney Meyer brought much creativity and laughs with a motorized entry that captured the spirit of the Griswold’s Arizona Christmas.”

Best Marching Entry

“The Fountain Hills High School Band marched to the beat of excellence, captivating the audience with their spirited performance.”

Honorable Mention goes to the Fountain Hills Theater for their “Gem” of a contribution to the parade.

The Golden Turkey Awards highlight the diverse talents and community spirit that make the Fountain Hills Thanksgiving Day Parade a cherished tradition.
