The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library (FHFL) will be present at the upcoming Fountain Hills Volunteer Expo Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 3 to 5 p.m.
FHFL will be among the many non-profit organizations who will gather at the Community Center to share their missions and the opportunities for the community to become involved in.
FHFL will also have membership applications on hand.
Visitors will learn about FHFL’s Resale Book Shop which funds such Fountain Hills Library events as Front Porch Performances, Storyteller’s Hour and the annual free Shred-A-Thon.
FHFL also offers scholarships to local high schoolers and supports the Library through a myriad of children’s programs.
A vibrant library is a gift to the community, according to an FHFL press release.
FHFL invites the community to its upcoming annual meeting, Tuesday, Jan. 21, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Library Conference Room.
Board Members will recount the many programs and gifts that FHFL was able to provide in 2024 and highlight some of the upcoming plans for 2025.
All Fountain Hills residents are invited to attend.
