Fountain Hills exceeding projections in latest revenue report

One of town’s stronger quarters

The Fountain Hills Town Council received its fiscal year 2026 third quarter revenue report, which spans from January to March, during its meeting on Tuesday, May 19.

Chief Financial Officer Paul Soldinger described the report as one of the best he’s seen as the town has exceeded most of its quarterly projections as the economic sector booms.

The town saw $204.5 million in total net taxable activity – an increase of $11.9 million from the same period last year. There was also a 4% increase to $5.7 million in total transaction privilege tax from the prior year, marking 17% above projections.
