The Fountain Hills Democratic Club is pleased to announce the resumption of its monthly meetings with an exciting meeting scheduled for August 9 at the Community Center. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm with the first half hour devoted to socializing . A pizza supper will be supplied by the Club. The program will start at 6:30 with an exciting lineup of speakers. Kelly Fryer, Democratic candidate for Governor is completing our presentation of gubernatoral candidates. She is a dynamic and informative speaker. Also on the roster is Roberta Miller, who is running for Clerk of Maricopa Courts. This is the first time in many elections that a democrat is running for this office and we will be learining the important functions of this position. Also scheduled is Miguel Medrano, executive Director of the Maricopa County Democratic Party answering any and all questions about the upcoming elections. Finally we look forward to hearing from our three members who are running for town offices: Ginny Dickey for mayor, and Alan Magazine and Sharron Grzybowski for Town Council. There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
