The Fountain Hills International Dark Sky Discovery Center announced it will recognize its donors with a “Launch Crew” mural.
The mural comprises the 278 donors who contributed before the end of 2023 and will be located in the foyer. It will be 12 feet long and 14 feet high, according to a press release.
“That means they had the extraordinary faith to donate before we even knew whether we would ever secure the funding needed to commit to construction and put a shovel in the ground,” the release states.
