Fountain Hills council has discussion of town attorney contract on agenda

The Fountain Hills Town Council may consider the future of its relationship with Town Attorney Aaron Arnson and the Pierce Coleman law firm when it meets for its upcoming session Tuesday, April 15.

The council has scheduled a closed executive session prior to the regular meeting with a discussion related to personnel issues, “specifically Aaron Arnson with Pierce Coleman.”

The regular agenda includes an item “regarding retaining the law firm of Pierce Coleman and Arnson as the town attorney.”
