Local nonprofit Bishop's Mission and local business PawSpa Salon are teaming up to raise money in Fountain Hills for the service dogs of veterans and first responders this weekend.
Paw-Dicures For A Cause takes place from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 16, at PawSpa Salon at 11831 N. Saguaro Blvd., according to a Facebook post by Bishop's Mission.
PawSpa Salon is offering a $20 nail trim and buff to any who bring their dog in on that day. All proceeds from each purchase will benefit Bishop's Mission's Emergency Veterinary Fund, which will help provide medical assistance for the service dogs of first responders and veterans.
