The Falcon football team lost their most recent match-up Friday evening, a 40-10 outing versus the Show Low Cougars.

The Falcons had some trouble keeping the Cougars from scoring early on, falling behind 20-3 after the first quarter of play. The local boys managed a touchdown in the second quarter, but would not find themselves on the board again for the remainder of the game.

This loss moves the Falcons to 4-4 on the season as they prepare to take on the Globe Tigers this Friday, Oct. 25. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. and this will be the last home game of the regular season. This will also be seniors night for the Falcons, as the team bids farewell to 2014 graduates.
