Advance care planning and directives

Fountain Hills residents are invited to an informative and empowering presentation on advance care planning and directives taking place at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31 at the Fountain Hills Community Center, 13001 La Montana Drive.

Though many don’t like to think about it, a change in health or an accident can happen to anyone at any time.
