It’s going to be a Fearless Kitty Rescue weekend on Oct. 15 and 16 and you are all invited to be part of the action!

First, Gridleys of Fountain Hills is celebrating Fearless Kitty Rescue’s move to the Avenue of the Fountains by generously donating 15 percent of all sales on Saturday, Oct. 15. Funds raised through the sales will help Fearless Kitty Rescue move into their new location. Volunteers from Fearless Kitty will be at Gridleys with kittens to cuddle and information on the rescue. Come support the kitties and find the perfect gift for friends, family, and yourself. Door prizes, food, and fun for all.

The action continues on Sunday, Oct. 16, when Fearless Kitty Rescue celebrates National Feral Cat Day and Republic Services Education Day at Fearless’ new location, 16832 East Avenue of the Fountains, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Volunteers will be on hand to provide information on the Trap, Neuter, Return program funded by the Republic Services Community Grant. Fearless Kitty was the 2015-2016 awardee of $10,000 from Republic Services as a result of the community vote in support of the TNR application.

We’ve been very busy working with the stray and feral cat population of Fountain Hills and would love to tell you about how effective the program has been. Come join the fun and learn how Fearless Kitty Rescue is helping in managing the stray cat population of Fountain Hills.See you on the Avenue!
