Family feuds

There are two different kinds of people within the Republican family, Conservatives and Ultra Conservatives.

Just like other families, sometimes, perhaps even often, these mind sets result in disagreements and on occasion heated debate about what needs to be done or how to do it. Honestly, we highly value the right to agree to disagree as an important part of our conservative heritage, and if you don’t believe that, we will fight you to prove it!

In the heat of debate, occasionally errors are made or things are said that are a bit over the top. I think last week’s letters were evidence of that. The PC list in this year’s primary ballot is lengthy and clearly reflective of differing opinions within the family, but the one thing shared in common is that we all are conservative.

So, if you ordered a Republican ballot for this election, just pick and mark the 15 names that look good to you and be assured your conservative values will be well represented.

Oh, and by the way, if you see that guy around town passing out those $100,000 checks, please give him my number. I could use that money to reimburse the $25 I spent for mailing our list.
