Oh, Mr. Skillicorn! How you do go on about your rights, your freedoms. And in your constant decrying, how the falsehoods do pile up.

In your April 12 letter to the editor, “Environmental Plan,” you claim that it was “defeated.” It was not. I was there. A couple of sentences were rewritten. There were never any bans. Fountain Hills still has an Environmental Plan. End of story.
