The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce has announced the 49th year of the Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts set for Nov. 10-12.
The festival is one of the largest arts and crafts events in the Southwest and has gained status as one the most important and prestigious shows for artists in this region, a Chamber press release said.
The three-day Fountain Festival gathers hundreds of global artists and artisans exhibiting their work in every medium. More than 200,000 people attend each year where visitors can find artists displaying original fine works of art in every price range and every medium, the release added.
“From sculptures to paintings, hand-made clothing, jewelry and crafts, you’ll be amazed at the diversity of the art forms,” the release said. “You’ll certainly see pieces that appeal to your taste… some you might just decide to take home.”
Residents and visitors can dine at local restaurants and enjoy creations by the culinary artists.
The local VFW Post 7507 hosts the annual beer garden fundraiser, dating back to the beginning days of the festival. The VFW beer garden will also be surrounded by dozens of food options to enjoy.
The Fountain Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts is a juried art show that attracts artists and craftspeople featuring their trade.
The Fall Festival is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 10-12, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., held along the Avenue of the Fountains.
