Mr. Finocchio is supporting the lagoon project and also running for a FHSD board seat. As a former cop, I assume he was trained to collect the facts? In his letter to the editor last week he said ... “every member on the sanitary board has been appointed by their friends and neighbors.” FACT: I was elected by popular vote of the citizens of FH by ballot vote Nov. 8, 2005 and our chairman was elected in 2003. He said, I ... “have never been employed in any capacity in a waste water company.” FACT: I have been an employee of the FHSD since December 2011. He said at the September 21 forum that the board had agreed to pay for a study of the state trust land. FACT: We as a board agreed that we would not pay for a study. He said that I “continue to overstate my qualifications.” FACT, I have understated my qualifications. As a licensed general contractor in several states including AZ and an electrical engineer, I have been in the building and commissioning of wastewater processes for over 38 years. I hold an AZ grade 4 WWTP operator’s license.
He, on the other hand, took a 20-minute tour of the FH advanced treatment plant and attended one board meeting, but left early. He must have been bored. How can we trust a candidate who cannot get their facts straight?

The FHSD board has for over 15 years spent your money purposefully while commissioning millions in maintenance construction projects to ensure the plant operates 24/7/365.
This week you will receive your mail-in ballot for this election. I ask for your vote, as honesty, experience and competent leadership is paramount. Visit Reski/Dudash, FHSD2017.com to learn more of our experience.
