Edward Cisak, a resident of Fountain Hills, passed away Aug. 22, 2016 at Hospice of the Valley after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Detroit, Mich. and graduated from Northeastern High School. After graduation he enlisted in the Army.
He attended Eastern Michigan University and graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He retired from Ford Motor Company after over 35 years.
He moved to Arizona with his wife, Eleanor to whom he was married for 69 years. He was a member of the Men’s Club and a member of the Knights of Columbus for over 50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor, and children, Mark, Cindy (George) DeMeulenaere, and Vicky (William) MacDonald. He has 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Services with be at Church of the Ascension, in Fountain Hills, on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 10 a.m.
