Eastbound on Shea Boulevard from Palisades to Fountain Hills boulevards will face lane restrictions as the Shea widening project progresses.
As the next phase begins, the Eastbound lanes will be reduced to one lane from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Sunday, July 12, to Monday, July 27, according to a press release.
“To safely place new curb and gutter, eastbound Shea Boulevard will be reduced to one lane from Palisades Boulevard to Fountain Hills Boulevard,” Town PIO Mike Pelton said. “This work represents continued progress on the Shea Boulevard widening project and moves the town closer to completing the planned roadway improvements. The lane restrictions will allow crews to safely place the new curb and gutter in this area.”
