I want to add my voice to those who advocate re-electing Ginny Dickey for Fountain Hills mayor on July 30.
At a recent meeting I attended, she was introduced with a recitation of her past work experience and the many honors she has won. I was impressed by the breadth of her experience and her commitment to public service. What a treasure we have in Mayor Dickey!
Please don’t think this election isn’t important. Yes, it is the primary where the presidential candidates have already been chosen, but it is also our town election. Our local leaders have a much more immediate impact on our daily lives than national ones. If you won’t be in town to receive your ballot, go to the Maricopa County Voter Dashboard (elections.maricopa.gov/voting/voter-dashboard-logins) and provide a temporary address request.
And vote to re-elect Mayor Dickey, a proven leader with a great record of community support and excellent leadership skills.
