Disc golf tourney on the horizon

The Fountain Hills Disc Golf Club is gearing up for a championship tournament on Dec. 5.

The event will host two 21-hole rounds and all PDGA divisions are offered. Only 100 spots are available, so those interested in taking part are asked to register at discgolfscene.com/tournament/Fountain_Hills_Disc_Golf_Club_Championships_2015.

The entry fee is $25 for all divisions, with a $5 discount for club members. Entering the tournament will also automatically register participants for 2016 membership, including a new bag tag to add to their collection.
