Dime: The democracy the government was invented to serve and protect

Posted

We the people are the democracy that government was invented to serve and protect. Democracy gets smaller as government gets bigger.

Democracy doesn’t mean ruling by executive orders that find evasive ways to circulate tax money through various NGOs to serve and protect the elite ruling class and scatter the remaining crumbs into welfare programs (funding abortion clinics) and special interest payoffs (forgiving student loans).

Democracy doesn’t mean taking advantage of the benevolence of the taxpaying majority to fund and subsidize pet projects (EVs) that the majority doesn’t want.

Progressive government elites are just too damn invasive. Elites want complete and total penetration to rule with the opposite of blind justice; that being blind compliance. They’ve lied for (four) years to hide a dismal record of failures. It’s time that trend ends.

We the people are the democracy that government was invented to serve and protect.

Democracy elects government leaders to be strong, supportive and protective with gentle guiding hands and the invisible touch of love and the kindness of equality. Democracy must love the people they serve and protect rather than dominate them with an elitist attitude that the people must be influenced, maneuvered and finally compelled into compliance with unpopular policies.

Election Day has become election weeks. The voting will likely be over, but the election results may remain unannounced when you read this letter. If the election winners want to preserve democracy they will streamline the election process that removes the stigma and suspicion of cheating. Taking days to complete the function of counting that everyone learns in kindergarten looks suspicious.

Democracy elects new leaders every (four) years to sustain a balance and harmony for the perpetual benefit of we the people.

We the people are the democracy that government was invented to serve and protect.
