This summer, DeGeorge Partners presents “Retirement Next Steps: Healthy Summer Series,” a free, educational workshop series designed to help retirees and those planning for retirement live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
This monthly in-person event brings together industry professionals to share practical advice, innovative therapies and life-changing insights on maintaining wellness throughout retirement, according to a press release.
“Retirement isn’t just about finances or downsizing — it’s also about feeling good and staying vibrant,” said Karen DeGeorge, principal of DeGeorge Partners. “Our summer series focuses on holistic approaches to aging well — and we’ve curated a fantastic lineup of professionals who specialize in just that.”
June 26 – Kickoff with Ally Spine Center
This month’s session features a double bonus of expert guest speakers:
Dr. Chris Condon brings over 25 years of experience treating chronic back conditions. He will introduce non-surgical solutions for back pain, spinal stenosis and spinal disc disease. As the founder of Ally Spine Center in Scottsdale, Dr. Condon is currently the only provider in Arizona offering non-surgical spinal correction using SpineMed decompression and the SUMMUS Horizon Class 4 Laser — two cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing spinal care.
Licensed Massage Therapist Clair Morley, a holistic health advocate and wellness coach, will share her healing journey from chronic illness to vitality. Her integrative approach includes massage therapy, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy and the All-in-One sauna experience.
Morley’s session will explore how these therapies support detoxification, pain relief, circulation and deep cellular healing — empowering participants to restore balance and feel their best.
July 24 – PJ Cardona: Lights and Health
As a Certified Light Therapist, PJ Cardona will demonstrate how InLight Therapy uses gentle LED light to reduce chronic discomfort, improve circulation and stimulate the body’s natural healing — all without drugs or side effects. This non-invasive method is already improving the quality of life for older adults across the country, the release said.
