While the rest of the country "springs forward" an hour on the clock, Arizona remains on Mountain Standard Time. That will leave our state three hours behind the east coast and on the same time as the west coast. Arizona will also be one hour behind the rest of the Mountain Time Zone (Denver).
The official time for Daylight Savings to being is Sunday, March 9 at 2 a.m.

Daylight time starts Sunday (everywhere else)

Also, the National Fire Protection Association encourages people to use this time marker to replace batteries in smoke alarms, or replace those more than 10 years old.
