DAR hosts workshop

The Arizona Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will host a three-day fall workshop for all DAR members Friday, Oct. 28 through Sunday, Oct. 30.

The workshop will be held at the McCormick in Scottsdale.

Guest speakers include President General Ann Turner Dillon who will discuss her plans to move DAR forward in service to America; Dr. Jason Stanhill from The Arizona Humane Society, who will talk about The State Regent's Project “Veterinarians for Vets;” and former Maricopa County Attorney and decorated Vietnam veteran Rick Romley, who will speak about his experiences in Vietnam. In addition to these speakers there will be several general sessions.

The Arizona Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will host a three-day fall workshop for all DAR members Friday, Oct. 28 through Sunday, Oct. 30.
