Court date for Fountain Hills Vice Mayor Skillicorn postponed

Pre-trial conference continued at defense request for second time

A pre-trial conference set for Fountain Hills Vice Mayor Allen Skillicorn for Thursday, Aug. 7, has been postponed for a second time.

Tempe Municipal Court Judge M. Barsetti has granted a defense motion to continue the conference according to court records.

The judge rescheduled the hearing for Thursday, Sept. 18, at 1:30 p.m. at Tempe Municipal Court.
