Cleaning up the “coot” poop on the sidewalks of Fountain Park should be an easy solution.
I understand that the park staff have two small sweepers. One small sweeper is at Golden Eagle Park, and that sweeper is seldom used.
Transfer the sweeper from Golden Eagle to Fountain Park, and use both sweepers to clean the coot poop off the Fountain Park sidewalks. This sweeping could be a “daily” part of park maintenance.

Additionally, the park staff could obtain a pressurized water tank to put on the back of the golf cart-like vehicles. This water would be used in addition to the sweepers to wash off the “crossings” that get really poopy.
The park already has cart tanks for spraying weed killer. Get one pressurized for water cleaning.
The coots migrate seasonally here for the winter. They will leave in April or May and not return again until November/December. The sidewalks will be clear when the coots leave.
When the coots, geese, and other water fowl are here during the winter, have the park staff wash the sidewalks while they are here.
