It is my opinion that Mayor Friedel has not done anything to violate the First Amendment at all.
First and foremost, if you get blocked or banned from any Facebook group, how is that the responsibility of the mayor? Maybe it is time to take responsibility for your own actions. To the best of anyone’s knowledge, he is not the administrator or controller of any Facebook group or page. He is as transparent as a mayor can be, letting the residents know what is going on in their town with his weekly updates on all the positive projects.
Time for people to take responsibility for their own actions. Keep up the great work, Mayor Friedel. It is a breath of fresh air.
