I am very disappointed that Fountain Hills has not collected the $ 453,611.29 that is overdue from the developer of the Park Place apartment developers. Given the ongoing deficit in the town budget, this should be a top priority.

I also wonder if this is an indication that collecting property and rental tax on the completed apartments could be a concern.
