Community generosity helps Extended Hands Food Bank find a new home in Fountain Hills

SBC contribution supports new equipment and long-term home on Colony Drive

Fountain Hills’ own food bank is preparing to move to a new location on Colony Drive, with doors set to open Jan. 1, 2026.

Now in its 22nd year, Extended Hands Food Bank began searching for a new site after rent at its current location increased. With the help of MCO Realty, the food bank will move to its new location  at 16939 E. Colony Drive, Suite 1, on the corner of Enterprise and Colony drives. The 4,500-square-foot suite, matching the current facility’s size, is owned by Tom Frenkel, founder of The Clayton Venues in Scottsdale.

The 15,000-square-foot building currently houses three tenants: CrossFit Four Peaks, VIP Smart Windows LLC and Keyless Remotes.
