Clearing up record on Fountain Hills development agreement

Let's be perfectly clear. I had to think about a regular speaker's latest public comment about the Park Place development agreement at the latest council meeting. His claims that the agreement was made behind closed doors without the public's ability to review was, indeed, correct.   

But his inference about the “previous administration's” role in this was inaccurate. Whether or not he knows it ... or you ... the agreement was signed, sealed and delivered under Mayor Linda Kavanagh. And (then Councilman) Cecil Yates was part of it. Not the speaker's favorite “who dunnit,”  Mayor Dickey.
