Classic Garage Condos to hold grand opening in Fountain Hills

A new luxury vehicle storage space is coming to Fountain Hills.

Classic Garage Condos will open at 11 a.m. on May 16 at 12002 N. Falcon Drive, according to a brochure from Fountain Hills realtor Art Tolis.

Classic Garage Condos are seven garages furnished with luxurious amenities for Fountain Hills residents to store high-end vehicles. The smaller units go for $575,000 and the larger ones go for $625,000.
