Church of the Ascension unveils new Marian Garden for 50th Jubilee

As part of their 50th Jubilee celebration, Church of the Ascension unveiled a new Marian Garden right outside the church doors.

The garden was made possible through the donations of Ascension’s parishioners, according to a press release. At the heart of the garden lies a white statue of Mary, surrounded by roses and curated desert flora.

The garden also features two stone benches and a tiered water fountain. Father Jilson Panakkal, pastor of the Church of the Ascension, said in the press release that the Marian Garden stands as both a tribute to the parish’s rich history and a beacon of hope for its future.
