There are so many great things to talk about in Fountain Hills. That’s what mayoral candidate Cecil Yates has chosen to do.

He points out the sense of community and quality of life that everyone enjoys. One of his platform points is to enhance and protect it. He is directly involved with economic development throughout the state, and shares how he will help Fountain Hills achieve smart growth utilizing the town’s resources and his award-winning experience.

Cecil knows and understands the importance of communication with all the residents in order to achieve town goals. In fact, one of his degrees is an MBA in strategic management! There will be great conversations and exciting ideas to discuss during the campaign, then implemented when Cecil is mayor.

Unfortunately, the Ginny Dickey camp has chosen to attack these concepts and Cecil personally. They have chosen to vilify his background, experience and integrity. Please don’t fall into this trap.

Cecil is an award-winning businessman with many industry-leading accolades. He was appointed by the Arizona Department Real Estate Commissioner to the Test Development Committee as a subject matter expert in real estate because of his ethics and knowledge. Ranking Arizona Magazine listed his division as number one in the state for commercial property management, as voted on by his peers, clients, customers and vendors. Most recently, Cecil was named by Az Business Magazine as one of Arizona’s most respected and influential business leaders specifically because of his leadership.

His record is incredible, he is a collaborator and will continue to work with the Fountain Hills community to lead everyone in the direction they want to go. We have a great opportunity to elect a friendly, respected, ethical and industry-leading mayor; Cecil Yates.
