Carl Woodard, born on Feb. 18, 1947, passed away on April 13, 2023, in Mesa, Ariz., where he was born and raised.

Carl was well known for being a fun guy. He was a hard-working man, installing thousands of signposts for realtors throughout the valley, many here in Fountain Hills.

No services are being held. You will be greatly missed, Carl, and may you Rest in Peace playing your guitar in Heaven.
