FireRock Country Club selected Cambridge Properties to operate a branch office in the FireRock Sales Center.

The grand opening outside the front gate on Country Club and Shea Boulevard was Sunday, Sept. 30.

Branch manager Dorsey Lynch said the office has the most advanced computer systems to allow a visitor to view all available FireRock properties in the comfort of a conference room.

Lynch gained experience from previously working a realty firms. In addition, he spent 15 years as the managing member of more than 20 project companies that designed, built and sold some of the best luxury homes in golf communities, such as Desert Mountain, Mirabel, The Preserve in Carmel, Calif., and the Kukio Club on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The homes set sales price records totaling more than $200 million.

A golfer, he served on the board and executive committee of the Trans-Miss Golf Association and the Arizona Golf Association board of directors.

While Fountain Hills and FireRock real estate has shown some improvement in values since 2008-11, Dorsey believes other Valley communities have done better.

“Cambridge Properties thinks that Fountain Hills and FireRock should do better and the firm will actively market them to the Valley, feeder states such as California, Illinois, Washington, Colorado, Nebraska, and Canada and Mexico,” he said.

The FireRock Community, about 70 percent built, has a total of 379 custom home sites split between 271 custom homes and 108 lots available for spec development or new construction.

Custom homes sell in the price range of $750,000 to $4 million. The price of vacant lots is $250,000 to $700,000.

In addition, FireRock has 26 villas in another gated area and 64 new Toll Brothers luxury villas ranging from 1,600 to 3,600-square feet in The Overlook at FireRock.

An adjacent gated community, Balera, contains 116 townhouses ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet.
