Busy agenda precedes summer break for Fountain Hills Town Council

Considering new town attorney, Palomino Boulevard construction

In its final scheduled session of the fiscal year, the Fountain Hills Town Council has several important issues to consider before heading into summer break in July and August.

High on the list is consideration of a law firm to serve as legal counsel for the Town of Fountain Hills and directing the town manager to negotiate and execute a contract with the firm.

There are four firms that responded to the town’s requests for proposals after the firm of Pierce Coleman chose to end its agreement with the town effective at the end of June. The council conducted interviews over the past week with the applicants including Dickinson Wright PLLC, Enos Law PLLC, Timothy A. La Sota, PLC and The DeRose Law Firm.
