Business beware

Looks like Obama, Holder & Co. are pulling out all stops before the election for populist support by hiring Leslie Caldwell to Department of Justice criminal division. She’s former ENRON task force chief prosecutor, an anti-business activist who does anything for a conviction by concealing evidence.

Caldwell’s case, ENRON vs. Arthur Anderson, (throwing 25,000 people out of work), ended when the Supreme Court threw her case out by 9-0.

Caldwell mentored Matthew Friedrich who led baseless prosecution against Alaska Sen. Ted Stevens, a case thrown out but not before Republican Stevens lost his seat.

Kathryn Ruemmler was a White House counsel helping to select Caldwell over 700 Justice Department lawyers. Ruemmler was a former ENRON task force member who prosecuted four Merrill Lynch officials, also thrown out by hiding evidence.

The New York Observer stated that Americans should brace themselves for assault on businesses, banks and political opponents of this administration regardless of laws or face by Attorney General Department of Justice Eric Holder with Leslie Caldwell’s help.

Already many banks and businesses have experienced the onslaught, paying fines instead of fighting litigation. Citizens should demand where whose billions collected disappeared.

Other mandates that Obama is forcing are expensive new rules, shipping crude oil by rail cars or tanker trucks transporting on already worn roads, more dangerous than safer Keystone pipeline. U.S. citizens bear those added costs.

The border with Mexico must be closed first, then worry about reforms. Our country can’t absorb thousands without problems of unknown rare disease, teen-age gangs, strapped taxpayer-funded social services when our seniors, part-time employed and poor need food stamps and food pantries.

In defiance of Congress’ authority to legislate is contempt of the Constitution which our freedoms ultimately depend.
