Sheriff’s deputies responded to a break-in at a Verizon wireless store in the Target shopping center early on Monday morning, Sept. 23.
Deputies were called about 6:30 a.m. when customers at a nearby Starbucks reported hearing an audible alarm coming from the Verizon store.
A front window was broken out and it appears the burglar may have entered a rear office.
The alarm sounding was from the severed cords from several missing phones that had been on display in the front of the store.
The investigation is ongoing.
