When I purchased my tickets for the Christmas show last week at the Community Center, I didn’t even know the performers. I thought to myself, even if I don't like them – it’s ok, because it’s for charity (The Fountain Hills Crisis Response, which I didn’t even know existed).
Well, I have to say that I was completely blown away by the depth of talent and professionalism of the whole event. I felt like I was at a venue in a big city! It was amazing.
I give a heartfelt thanks to the performers and Harvest Bible Chapel for an evening of fantastic Christmas entertainment and I hope it increases awareness for the Crisis Response team.

On a side note, a shout out to DJ’s Bagel Cafe: when I left with my to-go order, I stupidly left my purse on the chair. When I frantically called much later in the day -- no one had stolen it and the employees had it safely behind the counter.
I feel extra grateful to be living in Fountain Hills today.
