Baseball battles Chino Valley for section crown Wednesday
The Falcon baseball squad had two games last week, adding another pair of wins to its season total after run-rule shortened victories against both Scottsdale Christian and Camp Verde.
The team’s final game of the regular season is Wednesday, April 30, at 4 p.m. on the hometown field. The Falcons will be welcoming Chino Valley and, according to head coach Mike Briguglio, it should be a big game for both teams as it will determine the sectional championship.
“…I’m excited for the Chino Valley game. It’ll be good to face a tough opponent before heading into the post season,” he said.
