The Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce invites the community to experience the magic of the season at the highly anticipated Stroll in the Glow and Balloon Glow Saturday, Dec. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m.
This holiday event promises an evening filled with festive cheer, lights and family-friendly activities set against the iconic Avenue of the Fountains and Fountain Park, a press release read.
Join Town Mayor-Elect Gerry Friedel and Chamber CEO Betsy LaVoie as well as the Fountain Hills community as they kick off the holiday festivities with the traditional lighting ceremony at approximately 5:45 p.m.
The fun continues as Santa Claus makes his grand entrance at 6 p.m. aboard a big red fire truck. Families will have the chance to capture the magic with free photos with Santa.
This year’s event also features the Balloon Glow at Fountain Park, where attendees can enjoy the sight of illuminated hot air balloons glowing in the night sky.
Tethered balloon rides will be available for purchase, giving visitors the chance to experience the thrill of a hot air balloon ride while enjoying a unique view of the park and surrounding area.
The event will also feature a Holiday Artisan Market, live music and live nativity performances and crafts, snacks and giveaways from local businesses.
