Avenue reopens at Verde River

The temporary closure of the Avenue of the Fountains eastbound at Verde River Drive has been lifted.

Construction crews installing electrical conduit have completed trenching and installed temporary plates to allow traffic to cross.

Another temporary closure may go into effect when the trench is backfilled and asphalt replaced. Use caution driving in the area.
