Athletics physicals being offered

The Fountain Hills High School Athletic Department is teaming up with 4C Medical Group and Arizona Bone and Joint Specialists to provide sports physicals from 5 to 7 p.m. on May 17.

Student athletes should bring $25 (cash or a check payable to FHHS) to Spooner & Shaft Physical Therapy, located at 16838 E Palisades Blvd. B-121, along with their completed AIA Sports Participation Physical Evaluation paperwork.
