Ascension in Fountain Hills collects items for MANA house

Annual donation supports homeless veterans

The Matthew Group at Church of the Ascension recently donated items to the MANA House.

Members of the Ascension collected gift cards and home goods including kitchenware, bedding, toiletries, cleaning supplies and more. The donations filled a van.

The MANA House (Marine, Army, Navy and Air Force House) is a 70-bed transitional housing program for homeless veterans. Along with food and shelter, MANA also provides transportation for job interviews and doctor appointments.

The Matthew Group at Church of the Ascension recently donated items to the MANA House.

Members of the Ascension collected gift cards and home goods including kitchenware, bedding, toiletries, cleaning supplies and more. The donations filled a van.

The MANA House (Marine, Army, Navy and Air Force House) is a 70-bed transitional housing program for homeless veterans. Along with food and shelter, MANA also provides transportation for job interviews and doctor appointments.

The goal of MANA House is to help veterans become self-sufficient and successful members of society.
