The public is invited to explore and learn more about artwork at the Community Church of the Verdes with a tour at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28.
Participants will discover the art of looking and really seeing the art. This tour takes a deeper dive into three works of art on campus. Participants will experience stained glass, wood carvings, tapestries, oil paintings, watercolors, fiber wall hangings, mission architecture and more will be viewed with a guide. Discussion and/or creative exploration will also be a part of the experience
Those wishing to take the tour will be encouraged to slow down, look closely, and share their thoughts and perspectives.
