Andrew D Hasley Jr

Andrew D Hasley Jr, 84 of Warren MI, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2024. He was born August 17, 1939 in Ann Arbor, MI to Andrew and Opal (Coote) Hasley. He was a longtime resident of Plymouth MI and Fountain Hills AZ. Andy was predeceased by his sister, Catherine Brandenstein and his wife Michele (Owens) Hasley. Andy grew up in New York and New Jersey, graduated from the University of Michigan school of Engineering in 1962, and later earned his MBA from the University of Michigan - Dearborn. He started his career as an Engineer at Boeing, then pursued sales and management at various technology companies including Burroughs, Medar, SVS, MVI, LoJack, and Perceptron, among others. Andy is survived by his daughters Lynn (Carlos) Sanz and Juliet (Michael) Scott, and son Dan (Linda) Hasley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Sophia, Olivia, Libby, Anna, Grace, Caitlin, and Aidan. Andy was passionate about playing Golf, enjoyed listening to classical music and had been a skilled Violin and double-Bass player in his youth. He was known for his friendly humor, warm handshakes, and bright smile. Andy was an Elder at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church where he will be interred with a private ceremony.
