When the Town Council meets Thursday it will be looking further at the Adero Canyon subdivision development proposal.

The council is being asked to abandon an old plat for the subdivision along with the right of way for Eagle Ridge Drive through the subdivision.

On the agenda for consideration is a final master plat for the new proposal as well as the final plats for two subdivisions within the parcel.

The master plat is for the overall 431-acre mixed density residential use subdivision.

The other two final plats include a 30-lot single-family subdivision identified as Parcel 1, and a 31-lot single family subdivision identified as Parcel 7.

The Town Council will meet Thursday, Feb. 5, at 6:30 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The meeting is open to the public.
