Accident sends woman to hospital

Saguaro collision

A woman was taken to a Scottsdale hospital Tuesday morning after she was involved in a two-vehicle collision on Saguaro Boulevard at the frontage road entry on the south end.

According to Assistant Fire Chief Dave Ott the woman was transported as a precautionary measure following the collision in the northbound lanes.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is investigating and details were not immediately available.
